Our Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. However, if you notify us of changes more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will not be charged.

Situations that would result in a cancellation fee after the Sweeple arrives for the appointment include, but are not limited to: no running water and/or electricity; unsafe or hazardous environment (i.e. excessive mold, pest/bug infestation); Sweeple is unable to access the property (doors are locked and no key is provided, no one is there to let them in, etc.) and they are unable to reach you; no available parking.

Our Parking Policy

Please make sure you can direct the Sweeple to tow-free, ticket-free parking spaces within a reasonable distance of the property. If for any reason they are towed or issued a ticket after parking in a space in which you specified them to park, it is your responsibility to pay 100% of the towing fees or fines.

Our Refund Policy

Should you have any concerns regarding your service, you must reach out to Sweeple within 24 hours of the Sweeple completing the service, especially if you would like to request a touch-up cleaning or full/partial refund.


Pets are not allowed inside the home while we clean unless they are placed in a basement or room that does not require cleaning.
